內容摘要
|
本計畫目標為透過每月發行資源回收電子報，傳達資源回收最新動態及相關訊息，達到資源回收宣導目的。電子報內容分為專家論壇、企業櫥窗、技術最前線、法規焦點、新聞剪輯、活動傳唱、在地故事、環保百科、影音專區及讀者園地等10大單元，涵蓋我國環保領域之專家學者的看法，以及國內外環保相關資訊。另報導各單位投入資源回收工作的情況，讓讀者能夠詳加了解資源回收推動現況及成效。
資源回收電子報期望以人性化、趣味化的內容，結合軟性的文字敘述，拉近與讀者的距離，並利用電子化方式發行及寄送，減少空間及時間的限制，使其成為我國政府宣傳資源回收的便利管道，達到推廣及教育的目標。
The main task of this project is to convey recycling news by a monthly e-magazine. R-paper contains 10 sections: Expert Forum, Enterprise Showcase, Technology Forefront, Regulatory Focus, News Clips, Activities Summary, Community Story, Environmental Q&A’s, Video Blog, and Readers Corner. These contents consist of the viewpoints of experts and scholars in the environmental protection field of our country, and the domestic and foreign relevant information in environmental protection. In addition, it reports the situation of investing recycling work of every unit, lets the readers understand the present status and effectiveness of recycling in detail.
R-paper expects to be the bridge between the audience and interesting content, combined with an easy-to-understand narrative. Published on the Internet by e-issuance, it can be viewed at anytime and anywhere for reducing the limit of space and time. Try to become an easily accessible channel for people from different fields to learn about recycling in our country. R-paper can also be used to spread our experiences in recycling administration, environmental education and policy promotion.
