|
自第一代行動通訊（1G）推出以來，行動通訊技術以每10年為單位演進，從1980年1G類比式行動電話的語音服務到1990年2G數位式行動電話的語音、簡訊服務；2000年行動通訊從窄頻到3G行動寬頻服務提供圖片、影音通訊傳輸與上網；2010年4G高速行動寬頻服務帶動All IP行動多媒體如線上影音串流、線上音樂串流、行動支付等應用蓬勃發展；2020年5G不再如過去1G到4G的線性發展，而係首度採用mmWave頻段的跳耀式成長，支援超大頻寬（enhanced Mobile Broadband, eMBB）、超大連結（massive Machine Type Communication, mMTC）、超低延遲（Ultra-reliable low-latency communication, URLLC）等三大特性，帶動智慧家庭、智慧工廠、車聯網等應用發展；2030年則將邁向6G時代更先進的通訊技術與社會。本報告在6G「無所在的無線智慧連結」與「虛實融合的社會」基礎下，提出2030年「新空間完全自主無人載具」、「實時感醫療與照護」、「多維度巨量智慧物聯網」、「遠距臨場智慧化機器人」、「零延遲即時互動人工智慧」、「超精度立體定位感測」、「超實感沉浸式體驗」、「超精準公共安全」及「全覆蓋網路連結」等9大關鍵應用場景，初步描繪6G社會之生活情境與想像。
Since the introduction of the first generation of mobile communications (1G), mobile communications technology has evolved in units of 10 years, from the voice service of 1G analog mobile phones in 1980 to the voice and text messaging services of 2G digital mobile phones in 1990. Mobile communications from narrowband to 3G mobile broadband services provided image, audio and video communication transmission and Internet access; in 2010, 4G high-speed mobile broadband services drove All IP mobile multimedia applications such as online audio and video streaming, online music streaming, mobile payment and other applications to flourish. In 2020, 5G is no longer under linear development pattern the same as 1G to 4G in the past, but for the first time adopts the leaping growth from the breakthrough technologies such as mmWave frequency band, supporting enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB), massive Machine Type Communication (mMTC), and ultra-reliable and low-latency communication (URLLC) which will boost the development of applications such as smart homes, smart factories, and Vehicle-to-everything. In 2030, communication technologies and society will become more advanced in the 6G era. This research proposes 9 key 6G application scenarios and initially describes the imagination under 2 preliminary assumptions of 6G society.
