內容摘要
|
資通訊科技發展迅速，帶動整體數位經濟蓬勃發展。在匯流趨勢下，通訊傳播產業攸關國家經濟與發展，特別是消費者在通訊傳播市場的使用行為，除與整體通訊傳播產業之商業經營、科技發展息息相關外，更逐漸擴大影響多元產業。
透過通訊傳播統計調查，可確實掌握國家發展與民眾使用情形。目前在世界許多主要先進國家，已建立長期通訊傳播市場與消費行為之調查機制，舉凡如英國通訊傳播主管機關Ofcom、日本總務省、韓國KCC與新加坡IMDA等，均固定彙蒐並累積相關資訊，以作為國家通訊傳播產業之重要統計數據。而上述定期調查機制，一方面可作為了解國家整體發展的重要指標，再則可藉由消費者的通訊傳播使用行為，完整呈現需求面的消費態樣與市場資訊。
國家通訊傳播委員會自106年起，進行我國首次通訊傳播市場調查，今年為第四年執行。調查目的在於透過全面且深入之需求面調查，掌握第一手消費者行為與創新應用現況，除此之外，經由調查所得客觀與細緻的消費者行為資訊，亦可作為觀察我國數位經濟發展依據，以提供未來擘劃通訊傳播市場政策與法規之重要參考。
The National Communications Commission (NCC) of Taiwan conducted its first comprehensive communications market survey in 2017. The survey aims to obtain first-hand objective and detailed data on consumer behavior and the status of innovative applications through a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the demand side. In addition, the obtained information will serve as an indicator of the development of Taiwan’s digital economy, as well as the basis for the development of future policies and regulations. This report contains the results of the four surveys of telecommunications, broadcasting, broadband and digital convergence, which have then been combined to present an overall analysis and provide a comprehensive picture of consumer behavior in Taiwan. Then, a cross analysis including region, gender, age and marriage status has been shown to indicate the differences between groups.
